The Process

• Step 1 – Upload a photo (or photos) of your pet and select the desired size (A4, A3, A2, A1, or A0) and style (Black & White or Colour) for your pet portrait. We will review your submission and let you know whether the image is suitable.
• Step 2 – We proceed with the portrait and create the artwork of your pet.
• Step 3 – Once completed, you will receive a proof of your portrait and payment will be due. We will prepare an invoice for your order containing payment details. Please allow up to three business days for your payment to clear.
• Step 4 – Orders are sent to print within one business day of receiving payment. Your finished pet portrait is then packaged and shipped in an eco-friendly paper courier bag, folder, or box.

We will contact you with status updates throughout the process and provide tracking information when your order is on its way.

Important!

We use your exact photo as our reference when creating the artwork, therefore, the detail in your photograph will determine the quality of the portrait. Your pet’s face/head needs to be in focus, well lit, and clear without any cropping of their ears, nose, etc. Please provide the largest image resolution you have as small images will not be usable. We will review your photo and let you know whether it is suitable before proceeding with the portrait. When in doubt, send several!
